I haven’t been to Hong Kong for 12 years – boy things have changed.

I stayed at the Ritz Carlton which occupies the top 16 floors of the highest building in Hong Kong.  The views are amazing and the hotel is 5 star luxury fabulous!  The rooms are huge the service is spot on.  The Club Level offers all day dining, there is also two Michelin Star restaurants including private dining venues.  We had the most amazing meal in the private dining room (photo below).  I can’t recommend this hotel enough.

I did also get to see the Peninsula again after 12 years and it’s still great and traditional as ever.  Checked out the Upper House – very zen and cool!

The Rosewood Hong Kong is  GAME CHANGER – I JUST LOVE THIS PROPERTY TOO – torn between the Ritz and the Rosewood now.
